Win a Free Copy of Carolyn Crane’s Mind Games

Mar 21 2010

How much do I love this fresh urban fantasy debut? So much that I am going to personally buy a copy on the day it is released — Tuesday 3/23 — and send it priority mail to the winning entrant.

Simply comment on this post by Tuesday March 23 at midnight EST. Winner announced Wednesday 3/24.

From my review:

Mind Games is not romance, but it has strong romantic elements. I found it fresh, exciting, thought-provoking, mordantly funny, scary, and sexy. I absolutely loved this book.

From All Things Urban Fantasy:

Mind Games is actually a dark, gritty, and sexy urban fantasy that hooked me from page one. I’ve never read anything like Mind Games before,

Fantasy Dreamer’s Ramblings (5 stars)

Mind Games needs to be on everyone’s must-read-now list. Seriously – not kidding.

Good luck!

Wow! I’d read a few reviews of this book and put it on my reminder list but after reading the excerpt I moved it to my Wishlist. “I’m used to desperate, buddy. Desperate’s my factory default. But thanks anyway.”
I love series and as this is a trilogy, I know I won’t have to wait forever to finish it. Would love to win a copy.

Sure, I’ll comment, neighbor! It sounds like a fun read, better than what I typically read on my iPod. I’m a cheapskate with no one genre I subscribe to (Stanza and Feedbooks have more sci fi, Kindle has more paranormal fantasy…), so I already know my standards are low. Having something to raise them would be awesome…

@Michael: oh, jeez. I must have been more tipsy than I remember if I told you about my blog at that party!

Welcome aboard the genre fiction train. We’ll see if we can’t get you hooked. Maybe not on romance, but on something. even physicists need a fun read once in a while.

That book should be titled: The Definitive Guide to Self-Amputation.

Or maybe, The Fun Guide to Chopping Your Own Ankle Off For a Laugh.
